Your conviction is in federal court. New Mexico expungement applies only to state court records.
You have pending criminal charges in any jurisdiction. The waiting period clock cannot run while charges are open.
You are a non-U.S. citizen and have not yet consulted an immigration attorney. Expungement can have immigration consequences that outweigh the benefits.
Your record is a juvenile adjudication. Those are handled under a separate statute — call us to discuss.
