Flat-Fee Pricing

Straightforward pricing. No hourly surprises.

Most expungement work is handled on a flat fee, so you know what the case costs before we start. Payment plans available as low as $250/month for qualifying clients.

What It Costs

Three matters. Straightforward pricing on each.

If your case doesn't fit cleanly into one of these — multiple counties, multiple counts, or older records that need extensive research — we'll quote an additional flat fee in writing before any work begins. No surprises.

Record Correction

Cases where someone else's actions ended up on your record. Scope and work vary case-by-case, so these matters are handled hourly.

Quoted fees are starting prices for typical matters and do not include the $132 district-court filing fee or third-party costs. Complex cases (multiple counties, multiple counts, older records requiring extensive research) may require additional fees, quoted in writing before any work begins.

Consultations

Free 15-minute. Paid in-depth. Your choice.

Free 15-Minute Consultation

A quick screening to confirm which expungement track applies to your case, the rough timeline, and what it'll cost. Most callers get a clear answer in a single conversation.

No charge, no obligation.

Paid In-Depth Consultation

For complex situations that need more than a 15-minute screening. Includes a full record review and a written eligibility analysis you can keep.

If you retain the firm, the consultation fee is credited dollar-for-dollar toward your flat fee.

What the Flat Fee Covers

Soup to nuts.

The flat fee covers the entire expungement matter from start to finish. You pay one price, and we handle every step below.

Record Review

We pull the relevant court records, criminal-history reports, and disposition documents. You don't have to chase down a single file.

Eligibility Analysis

A written analysis confirming the track that applies, the waiting period, and any issues we expect to come up at the hearing.

Petition Drafting

Drafting and filing of the verified petition, all supporting exhibits, the proposed order, and the required notices to every interested agency.

Hearing Representation

Appearance at every required hearing on your behalf. For conviction cases, this includes preparing you for any questions from the court.

Order Service

After the order is signed, we serve it on every agency holding your record so the expungement actually takes effect across the system.

Follow-Up Verification

A post-expungement background-check verification at 90 days, so we can confirm the records were actually sealed.

Payment Plans

If the flat fee is the obstacle, talk to us.

Payment plans start as low as $250/month for qualifying clients. We'd rather get you started today on a plan than have you wait years to save the full fee.

An income-qualified petitioner can also seek a fee waiver for the $132 court filing fee using Form 4-222 — we'll help you fill it out as part of the engagement.

Not sure which track you're on?

Start with the 2-minute quiz, or book a consultation. The 15-minute consultation is free; the paid in-depth consultation includes a full record review and written analysis — credited dollar-for-dollar toward your flat fee if you retain the firm.
