Site Policies
Terms of service.
By using this website, you agree to the terms below. Last updated May 16, 2026.
1. About this site
This website (expungementnewmexico.com) is published by Land of Enchantment Law, a New Mexico law firm (the “Firm”). “Expungement New Mexico” is a trade name used by the Firm for its expungement practice. References to “we,” “us,” or “our” mean the Firm. References to “you” mean any person who visits or uses this site.
2. Not legal advice
The information on this site is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not legal advice, is not a substitute for the advice of a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction, and should not be relied on as such. Eligibility for expungement and the outcome of any petition depend on the specific facts of your case and the law in effect at the time of filing. Reading this site or contacting the Firm through it does not create an attorney-client relationship.
3. Attorney advertising
This site is attorney advertising under the New Mexico Rules of Professional Conduct (16-701 et seq.) and analogous rules in Texas. Attorney Johnn Osborn is responsible for its content and is licensed to practice law in New Mexico and Texas. The Firm’s principal office is located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes; each case turns on its own facts.
4. Communications and confidentiality
Information you submit through this site — including the eligibility quiz, contact form, and any email you send to the Firm — is not protected by the attorney-client privilege until an attorney-client relationship has been formally established in writing. Do not send sensitive or confidential information about an open case through this site, by email, or by voicemail until we have agreed to represent you. If we determine that we cannot or will not represent you, we will keep the substance of what you share private but it will not be protected by privilege.
5. Use of the site
You may view, download, and print pages from this site for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, redistribute, frame, scrape, mirror, or commercially exploit content from this site without our prior written permission. You agree not to use the site in any way that violates applicable law, infringes the rights of others, or interferes with the operation of the site.
6. Third-party links and services
This site contains links to third-party websites and services, including but not limited to Calendly (scheduling), Formspree (form submissions), and related Land of Enchantment Law practice areas at landofenchantment.law, landofenchantmentlaw.com, and lowriderlaw.com. We do not control these third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms of use. Your interactions with them are governed by their respective policies.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, images, downloadable PDFs, and the underlying source code — is the property of the Firm or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other laws. “Expungement New Mexico” and “Land of Enchantment Law” are trade names used by the Firm.
8. No guarantees
We make no warranty that this site or its content is accurate, complete, current, or error-free. Statutes, court rules, and forms change frequently; the materials on this site may not reflect the most recent legal developments. Use of this site is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Firm disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the site and its content.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Firm and its members, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Privacy
We collect only the information you choose to provide through the eligibility quiz, contact form, scheduling tool, and email. Quiz answers and contact-form submissions are routed to the Firm at expungement@landofenchantment.law via Formspree. Calendly bookings are handled by Calendly under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your information. We may use it to respond to your inquiry, schedule a consultation, and provide legal services if you become a client.
11. Cookies and analytics
This site uses functional cookies necessary for its operation. We may add basic analytics in the future to understand how visitors use the site; if and when we do, this section will be updated. The site does not currently use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
12. Children
This site is intended for adults seeking information about their own legal matters. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
13. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to your use of this site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
